Commercial unit extension Osborne Park

Our client required extra warehouse space, so they engaged us to design, engineer and extend their existing unit.

This included:

• Removal of existing hardstand
• Installation of new stormwater tank and drainage
• Pour new hardstand
• Extend brickwork and chemset into existing
• Custom made roof frame to suit
• Installation of sarking, roof cover and flashings
• Painting as required
