Bathroom renovation

PCR Constructions worked closely with the client to renovate their existing bathroom into a modern new space with a more efficient layout creating more space. This transformation took 4 weeks from start to finish and included:

• Demolition of the existing bathroom
• Removal of a semi ensuite door access and the brick up of the opening to bedroom 2
• Installation of a new brick nib wall for shower products
• New plumbing for wall hung vanity allowing for a new second sink
• New plumbing layout for updated fixtures and fittings
• Electrical work allowing for power inside the vanity and shaver cabinet
• 1500mm double sink wall hung vanity with 20mm stone bench top
• Waterproofing as per Australian standards
• Installation of 300 x 300 floor tiles and 300 x 600 walls tiles
• Tile inserts for that great finish on the floor
• Chrome semi frameless shower screen
• Installation of HPM 2in1 heater exhaust fan with new Clipsal iconic switches
• 1500mm triple mirror shaver cabinet
• 2 robe hooks for bath towels
