Bathroom and WIR renovation, Ocean Reef

With the clients supplied plans and engineering, PCR Constructions worked closely with the clients to renovate their existing Ensuite and robe into a large modern space. This transformation took 6 weeks from start to finish and included:

• Demolition of the existing ensuite
• Prop existing roof frame while removing structural walls
• Removal of external timber door access to compete a separate games room
• Brick up external after removal of door frame
• Install new brick work/ Nib wall and sliding door frame
• Install new window frame
• Install steel framework for larger walk-in robe
• Install niche box for shower recess
• Alter roof frame with new structural timbers
• New plumbing for wall hung vanity
• New plumbing layout for updated fixtures and fittings
• Electrical work allowing for power inside the vanity
• New cabinet and top
• Waterproofing as per Australian standards
• Installation of floor and walls tiles
• Tile inserts for that great finish on the floor
• Frameless shower screen on top of nib wall
• Installation of new lights and exhaust fan
• 900mm triple mirror shaver cabinet
• Fixtures and fittings
• Soffit ceiling and mirrored slider for further robe space
